The Elite First Aid Platoon IFAK is a compact pouch built around a simple layout: one compartment, one buckle, and all of the supplies together in the same spot. Open it and all 70 pieces are right there, from 5 trauma pads and a 4" gauze compress to plastic bandages, a cold pack, scissors and tweezers.

Because the pouch is MOLLE compatible, it goes on the gear you already carry, whether that is a range bag, a duty belt or a pack.

This first aid kit is great for the money; You can see the ingredients in the description and judge for you self. The molle compatible pouch it comes in is great and high quality with a water resistant liner that's hard to find. I did add a lot of items to this kit: a ton of alcohol preps, more gauze pads, medical tape, sutures, and some other things. It's a good feeling to have this around in the car and on a hike.
