Emergency Zone Deluxe Power Outage Emergency Kit

The Emergency Zone Deluxe Power Outage Emergency Kit keeps your household lit, informed and occupied during a power outage, all from one durable nylon pouch. An AM/FM/WB radio that covers NOAA's weather and public safety alert frequencies tells you what is happening outside. Two collapsible LED lanterns, 6 candles, 4 light sticks and 2 CREE flashlights light the house, and a deck of playing cards helps the evening pass.

Why it works:

• News when the TV is dark: The AM/FM/WB radio covers the frequencies over which NOAA's national weather services and public safety alerts are broadcast 24/7.
• Light for more than one room: Two collapsible LED lanterns, 2 pocket CREE mini LED flashlights and 4 light sticks spread across the house.
• Candlelight in reserve: Six candles and a box of waterproof matches add a second kind of light once the lanterns are set.
• Something to do with the lights low: A deck of playing cards gives the family a way to pass the time.
• Packed to grab: Everything stores in one durable nylon pouch at 4 lb, ready for home, the car or the office.

Who it's built for:

Families who want light, weather news and a way to pass the time during a power outage at home.
