We all like upgrades and the new 2023 G3+ line of StatPacks is chock-full of them.

  • State of the art fabric technology – Stronger, easier to clean, with a “high shine” finish for enhanced day/night visibility with the goal to “Be seen on scene."
  • See-through “Mono-mesh” compartments – easy clean, more durable, and maintenance free
  • “Stand-Strong” Impregnable Bottom – Fortified bottom panel featuring low profile bumpers allows the pack to sit upright with ease on any surface, standing straight up like the Statue of Liberty.

AT STATPACKS, WE TAKE ENORMOUS PRIDE IN BUILDING THE TOUGHEST, MOST DURABLE PACKS ON THE PLANET.

So, while we strive to make our products indestructible, we remain committed to making the repair process as easy and painless as possible. Follow the steps below to begin the process.

StatPacks has and will always provide an iron-clad guarantee that our equipment will be free from manufacturing defects for the useful life of the product. That’s the easy-to-say legal jargon offered-up by most everyone. What makes StatPacks so different in this regard is that we rely on our customers evaluation rather than our own. The customer determines what is or is not a 'manufacturing defect'.

Measuring or defining 'useful life' or 'defects' is YOUR call. Simply put, if we failed to exceed your expectations, we’ll provide an instant remedy in the form of a repair or agreeable alternative.

We've got your back - figuratively and literally.

G3+ BackUp

The G3+ BackUp is a versatile medical backpack that works exceptionally well in urban or rural areas where “stay and play” medical protocol is used. Customizable shelving allows superior organization of virtually any combination of Emergency Medical Equipment and supplies. The advanced harness system helps you tackle daunting flights of stairs and hard-to-reach accident scenes safely and with free hands. The foam molded shoulder straps allow for comfortable transport with internal Velcro lining strips to secure modules or other Velcro compatible equipment.

G3 Airway Cell

The G3 Airway Cell has a foam molded quad-fold design that helps keep basic and advanced airway adjuncts organized and at your fingertips. For EMT Intubation; Laryngoscope blades, Oral Pharyngeal Airways, and Nasal Pharyngeal Airways are neatly arranged for fast access. Endo-tracheal tubes, suction catheters, stylets, and ETCO2 meters may be stored in the middle section. The Cell is designed to reveal your supplies in a way unique to StatPacks – intuitively grouped and securely protected. G3 Cells unfold to expose all your vital supplies at once and puts away just as quickly.

G3 Intravenous Cell

For an EMS I.V. Bag, this foam molded book style design helps keep IV therapies organized and at your fingertips. Drip sets, IV bag(s), catheters, needles, and Start Kits are neatly arranged for fast access. It doubles as a pressure bag for rapid fluid infusion. This Intravenous Cell is considered to be a one-half cell in the StatPacks Third Generation-half cellular System.

G3+ Quickroll Intubation Kit

This module is designed to organize basic and advanced airway equipment for EMT intubation or basic airway adjunct procedure(s). The singe-buckle closure allows fast, one-handed access. The fact it rolls up makes it very quick to access and stow. This is a perfect accessory intubation kit for any StatPacks main packs.

G3 Universal Cell

For a simple EMS Bag, the Universal Cell keeps your random supplies together and quickly accessible. The unique foam molded design helps keep inside contents organized, at your fingertips, and protected from the elements. Easy to open zipper position allows for quick access and ease. The Cell is specifically designed to stack neatly in StatPacks Generation 3 Emergency Medical Services packs. The clear plastic window allows you to easily identify your equipment. The cell has the capacity to hold a large adult or multiple pediatric BVM’s securely

Frequently Asked Questions

What's included in the StatPacks G3+ BackUp Bundle that makes it different from buying the bag alone?

The G3+ BackUp Bundle (SKU G35006REBD) is a complete turnkey system that includes the G3 BackUp Medical Backpack in your choice of color, plus four essential organizational modules: the G3 Airway Cell for intubation supplies, G3 Medicine Cell for pharmaceuticals, G3 Universal Cell for versatile storage, and the G3 Circulatory Kit for bleeding control and IV supplies. Buying the bundle saves you $155 compared to purchasing each component separately (bundle price $750 vs. $905 retail value), and ensures all modules are perfectly sized and compatible with the BackUp bag's PALS webbing system.

Can the G3 BackUp Bundle handle a full 24-hour shift for paramedics and fire-rescue crews?

Absolutely. The G3+ BackUp Bundle is engineered for extended operations with EMS and fire-rescue professionals in mind. The 12-pound system distributes weight ergonomically across padded shoulder straps, and the modular cell design lets you customize load-out based on your protocols. The G3 Airway Cell holds full intubation kits, the Medicine Cell organizes vials and ampules with elastic loops, and the Circulatory Kit accommodates multiple tourniquets, hemostatic agents, and IV start supplies. Many crews use this as their primary jump bag for structure fires, MVAs, and wilderness rescue operations lasting 12+ hours.

How does the StatPacks G3 modular system compare to North American Rescue or Conterra bags?

The G3+ BackUp Bundle uses a true modular architecture with removable, interchangeable cells that attach via PALS webbing—similar to Conterra's ALS systems but at a lower price point. Unlike NAR's fixed-compartment bags, the G3 cells can be pulled out individually for triage scenarios or swapped between different StatPacks bags (G3 Perfusion, G3 Medslinger). The bundle's $750 price includes four cells, whereas comparable NAR or Conterra setups often require separate purchases of organizers and pouches. The G3 BackUp also features a clamshell opening for rapid access, which some medics prefer over top-loading NAR designs.

Will the G3 BackUp Bundle fit in standard fire apparatus compartments and ambulance jump seats?

Yes. The G3 BackUp measures approximately 20"H × 14"W × 9"D when fully loaded with all four cells, making it compatible with most engine company compartments, medic unit shelves, and Type I/III ambulance jump seat storage. The 12-pound weight (empty bag plus cells) keeps it light enough for overhead compartments in smaller quick-response vehicles. The reinforced grab handle and shoulder straps allow for quick deployment, and the bag's rectangular footprint prevents rolling during transport. Many departments store it vertically in side compartments or lay it flat under bench seats.

Can I add Hema-Seal trauma pads or a CAT tourniquet to the G3 Circulatory Kit without losing organization?

Definitely. The G3 Circulatory Kit included in this bundle features elastic retention loops, mesh pockets, and hook-and-loop dividers specifically designed to accommodate aftermarket supplies like Hema-Seal hemostatic dressings, CAT Gen 7 tourniquets, SWAT-T wraps, and Israeli bandages. The kit's modular design means you can customize it to your agency's formulary without creating a jumbled mess. Many users add QuikClot Combat Gauze, chest seals, and decompression needles while maintaining quick-access organization. The Universal Cell can also overflow for bulkier trauma supplies if needed.
