The Kemp USA AB Adult Spineboard is a buoyant HDPE backboard for rescues that may begin in the water. A waterproof, heavy-duty shell wrapped around high-density foam filling gives the board a 200 lb float capacity, which is why it is ideal for water rescue operations.

The same board brings a 700 lb capacity, 21 handholds and 10 strap pins to the carry. Its shell is X-ray translucent, and the board is MRI and CT scan compatible.
