The Kemp USA Premium Rescue & Tactical EMS Backpack is built for the long approach, when a heavy medical load travels on your back before you reach the patient. Its shoulder straps suit carrying large amounts of first aid supplies over longer distances, and a hip belt helps distribute the weight evenly. On arrival, the main compartment opens completely from top to bottom, and MOLLE webbing inside and outside takes the extra pouches your mission calls for.
