R&B Mega Trauma Backpack – High-Capacity EMS Response Pack

The R&B Fabrications Mega Trauma Backpack is a Cordura nylon backpack and trauma bag for crews who carry a large load on their back. That load spreads across 16 pockets and compartments. The main compartment is padded with closed cell foam, and sewn-in hook-and-loop straps secure what goes inside.

When the shoulder straps are not needed, the false back stores them and the web carrying handle takes over. The pack weighs 88 oz.

• The load is split up, not piled: Gear sorts into dedicated spaces rather than one heap. The pack counts 16 pockets and compartments in all.
• A main compartment that holds its contents: Sewn-in straps give the load fixed anchor points. The 20" L x 15" W x 7" D compartment is foam padded, secures contents with hook-and-loop straps, and closes with a #10 YKK heavy duty self-repairing nylon zipper.

• Removable flat pockets inside: Part of the interior can come out when the layout changes. Inside are 4 removable flat pockets, alongside 4 pouch pockets and 2 flap pockets.
• Carry on the back or by handle: Switch between wearing the pack and hand carrying it. A contoured shoulder strap comes with chest and waist straps, and the false back tucks the straps away so the web carrying handle can do the work.
