The Rothco Tactical Assault Vest arrives with its pockets in place, so getting ready means buckling it on and snapping it to your pistol belt. Four magazine pockets and two utility pockets give each item a home from the first wear, and quick-release buckles close it up. The shoulder straps are padded and adjustable, and various ALICE gear attaches to the vest whenever you want to carry more than its six pockets hold.

Why it works:

  • Ready from the first wear: There are no pouches to buy or mount, since 4 magazine pockets and 2 utility pockets are part of the vest.
  • Ties into your belt: Snap loops let you hook the vest up to a pistol belt.
  • Accepts ALICE gear: Various ALICE gear attaches to the vest, so ALICE pieces you already own can join the loadout.
  • Comfort you can adjust: The shoulder straps are both padded and adjustable.
  • Simple to buckle up: Quick-release buckles close the vest, and the shell is 600D polyester.

Who it's built for:

It fits the buyer who wants a vest with its pockets in place from day one that works with a pistol belt and ALICE gear right away.

At a glance:

  • Pockets: 4 magazine pockets, 2 utility pockets
  • Shoulder straps: Adjustable and padded
  • Closure: Quick-release buckles
  • Belt hookup: Snap loops for hookup to a pistol belt
  • Compatibility: Various ALICE gear attaches to the vest
  • Material: 600D polyester
