Military First Aid Kits

Combat medicine has evolved, and so have our kits. Our Military First Aid Kits are curated based on the principles of TCCC (Tactical Combat Casualty Care). These are not simple "boo-boo" kits; they are life-saving trauma loadouts designed to address the three leading causes of preventable combat death: hemorrhage, tension pneumothorax, and airway obstruction.

We offer everything from individual IFAKs (Individual First Aid Kits) designed for MOLLE attachment to squad-level medical bags. Packed with battle-proven components like C-A-T® tourniquets, Israeli Bandages, and chest seals, these kits provide the capability to "Stop the Bleed" under fire.
