The Elite First Aid Advanced Tactical IFAK is a trauma-focused pouch for tactical response teams who run their gear on MOLLE. A former pararescueman designed it, and its layout puts organization first.

Mount it on a plate carrier, a vest or a pack, or strap it to a belt. The load centers on a Quick-Tight Windlass Tourniquet, 2 NuStat hemostatic gauze pads, a vented chest seal and a CPR face shield, with YKK zippers throughout.

  • Chest seal and face shield aboard: The load reaches past the tourniquet. A vented chest seal and a CPR face shield join 2 trauma pads (5" x 9") and 4 sterile gauze pads.
  • YKK hardware on every zipper: Every opening on the pouch runs on the same hardware. YKK zippers are used throughout.
