The R&B Fabrications Water Rescue Throw Bag is a throw bag that arrives with its line already inside: 75' of floating 3/8" polypropylene rope and a float. A water rescue team gets the bag, line and float in one order.

One end has a drawstring with a web carrying and throwing handle, and the opposite end has a grommet in the center. It is 12" long, 10" in diameter, 29 oz. and orange.
