One pull on the full-length, two-way zipper opens the pouch to a Blood Stopper kit, a 5" x 9" abdominal pad, EMT shears and burn gel, organized by interior elastic bands. Over 40 emergency items ride in water-resistant 900D polyester (1000D Cordura nylon in MultiCam) with a drainage grommet, mounted where you work on a vest or pack.
