Biography
Jeremy Lavin joined Luminary Global in 2017 as Chief Operating Officer, bringing a decade of federal government contracting expertise and the operational discipline of someone who has built complex procurement programs from the ground up.
Before Luminary, Jeremy spent over a decade as Managing Director of a national staffing firm's federal division, where he led the proposal efforts that secured a five-year, $48 million IDIQ Staff Augmentation Contract with the U.S. Department of Commerce covering 63 labor categories across the continental United States. He also contributed to a $30 million IDIQ contract award with the Small Business Administration and secured a GSA Schedule contract covering 29 labor categories.
At Luminary, Jeremy manages all operational infrastructure including the Shopify e-commerce platform, digital marketing systems, inventory forecasting, order fulfillment, and the product knowledge systems powering Luminary's tactical guide library.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Texas Tech University and is based in St. Petersburg, Florida.
