- Fill the barrel with potable water using a food-grade hose, leaving 2-3 inches of headspace.
- Securely tighten both bung caps using the provided Bung Wrench to create an airtight seal and mark the fill date.
- Store the wrench and siphon pump with the barrel for emergency access.
- To dispense, open one cap with the wrench and use the manual siphon pump to transfer water to a clean container.
