The R&B Fabrications Houston High Rise Bag is a high rise tool and adapter carrier with inserts that can be moved to suit the contents. Rigid plastic inserts support the bag and attach with hook-and-loop, so they move to suit what goes in: door straps and rope, adapters and wedges, a quarter turn valve, a flo-thru pressure gauge, and spanner and pipe wrenches.

Outside walls are reinforced 22 oz. vinyl, and the base is the R&B Tuff Bottom.
