The R&B Fabrications Hydrant Cover is a slip over hydrant cover designed to identify fire hydrants that are out of service. The cover slips on, and 4" letters reading "OUT OF SERVICE" run across both sides.

A 1" web strap with adjustable side release buckles goes around the bottom to hold the cover in place. The cover is made of 22 oz. yellow vinyl and measures 30" W x 36" H.
