The Elite First Aid Tactical IFAK is a compact MOLLE individual first aid kit that carries 59 pieces of trauma and wound care supplies, including a BleedStop bandage, a latex rubber tourniquet and a 5" x 9" trauma pad. Elite First Aid says it was designed by a former pararescueman to meet the demands of those operating in high-risk environments, including police, military personnel, tactical response teams and hunters.

Two large straps with snaps attach the pouch to belts up to 5 inches wide, and it is MOLLE compatible for mounting on gear, packs or vests.

Why it works:

  • Dressings for larger wounds: A BleedStop bandage, a 5" x 9" trauma pad and six 4" x 4" sterile gauze pads give you dressings sized for larger wounds, plus a 3" elastic bandage for light compression.
  • Layout built for access under stress: Elite First Aid designed the layout to prioritize organization and accessibility under stress, and the zippered pouch opens in two halves with elastic loops holding the supplies.
  • Belt or MOLLE mounting: Two large straps with snaps fit belts up to 5 inches wide, and the pouch is MOLLE compatible for gear, packs or vests.
  • Durable YKK zippers: Elite First Aid uses YKK zippers throughout the pouch.
  • Everyday care in the same pouch: 16 plastic bandages, 5 butterfly wound closures, 8 BZK antiseptic towelettes, a burn gel packet and 4 ibuprofen tablets are included for small cuts, scrapes and burns.
