The Rothco Map and Document Case keeps your map visible and protected when the weather turns on the trail. Rain starts partway through a hike and you still need to check your route. The weather-resistant nylon and vinyl exterior shields the map, while the clear lining lets you read it without taking it out. Two zip-lock storage bags ship inside for double protection against moisture and dirt, and drainage grommets help remove any water that collects in the flat 13.5 x 13.5 inch case.

Why it works:

  • Read the map without exposing it: Check your route in the open while the map stays covered, because the clear lining keeps documents in view behind it.
  • Shielded from the elements: A weather-resistant exterior is designed for all weather conditions.
  • A second layer for what matters: Two included zip-lock storage bags add double protection for maps and important documents.
  • Collected water drains away: Built-in drainage grommets help remove accumulated water so your contents stay dry.
  • Fits the rest of your gear: Choose Black, Coyote Brown or Woodland Camo to match the kit you already carry.

Who it's built for:

Built for hikers, campers and travelers who navigate by map and need their documents kept safe from the elements.
