The Elite First Aid STOMP Medical Kit is a fully stocked medical backpack with more than 500 items for wound care, bleeding control, airway, splinting and patient assessment. It is built for the moment when professional help is far away and you are the one providing care. Unzip it and the front panel folds fully open, revealing interior panels where elastic loops hold instruments like shears and hemostats, with mesh pockets for smaller supplies. You see what you have and reach it fast, instead of digging through a pile at the bottom of a bag.

Why it works:

  • Everything in view: The front panel folds fully open to expose interior panels lined with elastic loops and mesh pockets, so your instruments are visible the moment the bag opens.
  • Bleeding control on board: Includes 3 QuikClot hemostatic gauze pads (4" x 4"), two 4" and two 6" Israeli bandages, 4 BleedStop bandages, 2 WoundSeal powder packs and 2 multi-trauma dressings (12" x 30").
  • Vitals and airway covered: A blood pressure unit, stethoscope and penlight let you check vitals on scene. Oral airways in 80 mm and 110 mm, CPR face shields and a cervical collar cover airway and neck stabilization.
  • Stocked deep: 100 adhesive bandages, 100 iodine wipes, burn gel and burn spray, cold packs and 2 universal padded flexible splints keep you supplied well past the first injury.
  • Carry it, split it, expand it: Padded shoulder straps with sternum and waist straps carry the load, and a hydration sleeve keeps water on board. Two removable zippered pouches pull out to carry separately, and front MOLLE webbing takes additional pouches.

To box came in tore up not taped well at all and how expensive this was they should have packed it better cause had openings on corners where tape was badly done. So hopefully nothing lost. Idk if I would buy again from here cause of that main concern so any replacements I will gather elsewhere. But overall great equipment for what we do in the street outreach response

Well stocked and well worth the price!

It was well stocked for Advanced interventions; few odds and ends reorganizing with some small personalized additions for my own liking but it checks the major boxes a person needs. Plus, the kit comes with plenty of extras for most of the materials included. Between everything, you can split it up into several small first aid kits with one larger kit filled with the less commonly used items for advanced interventions.

The kit was larger than I thought it would be. Didn’t include a CAT tourniquet but then again, i’ve only needed to use one once in 22 years of civilian EMS in NY. The cheaper stethoscope should be replaced with at least a Sprague stethoscope. The C-collar seems ok but i’d rather have extra surgical tape. This kit is great for me with some extra supplies I added. A BVM would be a great addition to the full kit. Great job on this product!

Feeling more prepared

This first aid kit is not a wimpy box of bandaids , wipes and little scissors that are too small for adult hands. It’s got supplies that are appropriate for injuries and mishaps that make a difference should you may not be able to get professional medical assistance in a crisis situation. My only concern is that the little medical guide is a really small booklet with small print. I plan on finding a more advanced guide for what to do in various situations and proper application of products. I am looking to take some first aid training as to build my confidence should the need arise. This backpack style medical kit is well designed and durable. The contents are superior supplies likely found in ambulances or ER rooms. Best money I’ve spent in a while and totally worth it. I’m a 69 year old woman who is around people who are “accidents” waiting to happen.

I had to wait a while for the STOMP medical kit to be back in stock, but the Luminary Global Team (Jeremy) kept me informed of the status the entire time. That is true customer service! How waterproof is the gear bag. Willing hold up to the marine environment?

Hi Robert,

Happy to help. The STOMP bag is very water-resistant, however, it is not waterproof per se. It is not rated to be fully "submergered" It will hold up well in a marine environment as long as the bag is not fully submergered or completely drenched from a rouge wave etc. We are developing some tactical bags that are specifically designed for maritime activities.

In the interim, we do offer survial kits that come in dry bags.
