The Kemp USA Head Immobilizer Set is a foam head immobilizer for EMS crews and water rescue teams who work off a spineboard. It is waterproof and buoyant, so it works for water rescues, and has no metal components, so it can be used during X-ray, MRI and CT scan procedures.

The set pairs a base plate with side blocks and 2 head/chin straps and fits all spineboards on the market except EG and TG boards. Pick from five stock colors or request custom colors by quote.
