The Rothco MOLLE Triple Kangaroo Mag Pouch keeps rifle and pistol reloads together on one panel. If you run both at the range, splitting mags across separate pouches means more to mount and more to track. This pouch is six mag pouches in one: three open top rifle slots with elastic cords and pull tabs, plus three pistol pouches that close with hook and loop. Six MOLLE straps on the back mount it to battle belts, tactical vests and assault packs.

Why it works:

  • Rifle and pistol reloads together: It holds six magazines in all, three rifle and three pistol, for easy access to all of your ammo at the range.
  • Retention matched to each mag: Rifle slots are fastened with elastic cords and opened with easy-grip pull tabs, while the pistol pouches use hook and loop closures.
  • Fits the calibers you shoot: Rifle pouches fit most AK-47 or M-16 magazines, and pistol pouches take most standard sized .40 Cal and 9mm mags.
  • Stays put on your rig: Six MOLLE straps on the back let you mount it on a battle belt, a tactical vest or an assault pack.
  • Six mags in a tidy footprint: The whole layout measures 10 by 6.75 by 2 inches, with a 600D polyester body and MultiCam made in 1000D Cordura nylon.

Who it's built for:

For shooters who run a rifle and a pistol at the range and want both sets of reloads on one MOLLE pouch.

At a glance:

  • Holds: 6 magazines: 3 rifle and 3 pistol
  • Rifle mags: Open top, elastic cords with pull tabs; fits most AK-47 and M-16 mags
  • Pistol mags: Hook and loop closures; fits most .40 Cal and 9mm mags
  • Size: 10" x 6.75" x 2"
  • Mounting: 6 MOLLE straps on the back
  • Material: 600D polyester (MultiCam: 1000D Cordura nylon)
  • Colors: Black, Coyote Brown, MultiCam

  • Dual-System Reloads Operators carry three rifle and three pistol magazines on one panel for primary and secondary sustainment. The stacked layout saves belt space without cutting capacity.
  • Range & Multi-Gun Multi-gun shooters keep rifle and pistol mags on a single pouch for fast weapon transitions. The open-top rifle pockets and flap pistol pockets balance speed and security.
  • Duty & Patrol Officers carry a combined rifle and pistol reload on a plate carrier for a patrol or callout. The hybrid retention secures both magazine types through movement.
  • Field Deployment Personnel run a compact dual-caliber loadout through field operations in one low-profile unit. The MOLLE backing locks it stable to a vest or battle belt.
