The Rothco MOLLE Tactical First Aid Kit puts over 40 everyday first aid items in a pouch that rides on your pack. A slip on a rocky path or a scraped hand at camp should mean a short stop, not the end of the day. Unzip the 900D polyester pouch and the basics are right there: military compression bandages, sterile pads, 14 adhesive bandages, peroxide, antibiotic ointment, soap and an instant cold pack. Choose from five colors to match your gear.

Why it works:

  • Ready for the small cuts and scrapes: The dressing side of the kit holds 14 adhesive bandages in assorted sizes, 2" and 3" sterile pads, a Telfa non-adherent pad and a 3" elastic bandage.
  • Cleaning supplies beside the dressings: A 4 oz bottle of peroxide sits with alcohol and iodine prep pads, BZK antiseptic towelettes, 2 antibiotic ointment packets and a bar of soap.
  • Cold on hand without a cooler: An instant cold pack comes in the pouch, along with 2 aspirin packs, a pair of examination gloves, tweezers and two 1/2" adhesive tape rolls.
  • Attaches to the gear you already carry: The MOLLE compatible pouch is designed for easy attachment to tactical gear, Transport Packs or tactical bags, and closes with a zipper.
  • Compact and portable on any outing: At 7" x 8" x 3", the 900D polyester pouch keeps the whole kit small enough for a day on the trail or a weekend at camp.
