R&B Cyli-Strap – Carries Two Compressed Air Cylinders, 2,500 lb Tensile Webbing

The R&B Fabrications Cyli-Strap is a red nylon webbing strap that carries two compressed air cylinders at once. Each end loops over the valve of a cylinder, and with the pair on the strap, hands are free to assist in walking or climbing.

When cylinders need to reach upper floors or below ground areas, a rope tied to the strap lets the crew hoist or lower them. The strap measures 42 1/2" in length and weighs 13 oz.

Why it works:

• Two cylinders in one carry: One strap moves a pair of compressed air cylinders. Each end loops over the valve of a cylinder.
• Hands left for walking or climbing: The pair rides on the strap. Once both are looped on, hands are free to assist in walking or climbing.
• A link to upper floors and below ground: The same strap works with a rope when cylinders have to change levels. Tied to a rope, it hoists cylinders to upper floors or lowers them to below ground areas.
• Sewn loops on each end: Each end carries a sewn loop. Loops sewn on each end help create a slip-knot, on nylon webbing 1 1/2" wide with 2,500 lb. tensile strength.
