When the call needs airway and O2 set up on scene, the pack goes down on its Stand-Strong base and stays upright while you work. Open it and the 22" x 15" x 6" main compartment puts your airway gear front and center, with a 20" x 13" x 3" aux pocket holding the rest within reach.
