The Velcro loop interior accepts modular G3+ Cells, allowing operators to configure a standardized loadout that builds critical muscle memory across every deployment.

Operational readiness depends on correct staging before the pack enters service. The G3+ Oxygen Module, sold separately, must be properly installed to retain the "D" or "Jumbo D" cylinder and prevent shift that could damage the regulator. Dual side pockets provide immediate BLS access to the BVM and suction unit without opening the main compartment, and the front auxiliary pocket accommodates PCRs, protocols, and consumables.

Sustainment protocols require a pre-shift inspection of all straps, zippers, cylinder pressure, regulator condition, and expiration dates on sterile supplies. Monthly cleaning with approved disinfectant agents and annual structural inspection maintain long-term readiness. Field Application Steps

1. APPROACH AND STAGE THE PACK: Transport the G3+ Breather to scene using the padded shoulder straps to keep both hands free. Place the pack upright at the patient's head on the Stand-Strong base to establish an organized airway workstation.

2. EXECUTE INITIAL BLS INTERVENTION: Have a second provider retrieve the BVM and mask directly from the external side pocket without opening the main compartment. Begin assisted ventilations immediately as indicated by patient condition and your service protocol.

3. DEPLOY THE WORKSTATION: Fully unzip the main compartment using the full-length zippers to achieve the lay-flat configuration. This gives all providers simultaneous visual access to every modular cell and piece of equipment.

4. ACTIVATE THE OXYGEN SYSTEM: Confirm cylinder pressure on the gauge before proceeding. Open the cylinder valve and verbally announce "Oxygen is on." Set flow rate per medical direction, for example 15 LPM for BVM use, and connect the oxygen tubing.

5. RETRIEVE ADVANCED AIRWAY EQUIPMENT (ALS ONLY): Access the pre-staged G3+ Intubation Cell from its designated Velcro loop position inside the main compartment. Laryngoscope, blades, ET tubes, stylet, and syringe are co-located within the cell for efficient procedure preparation under medical direction and within legal scope of practice.

6. SHUT DOWN THE OXYGEN SYSTEM POST-INTERVENTION: Close the oxygen cylinder valve fully when intervention is complete. Bleed the regulator of all residual pressure before re-stowing.

7. REPACK AND SECURE ALL EQUIPMENT: Return all equipment to their designated cell locations inside the main compartment. Close and confirm all zippers are fully seated.

8. DECONTAMINATE BEFORE RETURNING TO APPARATUS: Wipe the entire exterior shell with an approved disinfectant or CaviWipe following any potential exposure. Confirm the pack is fully closed and ready for the next deployment before securing it in the apparatus compartment.
