Authorized Distributor of STATPACKS since 2018

The STATPACKS G3+ Responder is an EMS trauma backpack built for the medic who is first on scene. You set it down on the street or a living room floor, open it at the patient, and work out of it without the shoulder straps dragging on the ground. The boxy, low-profile frame stands 28" tall with 23" side pockets and a Velcro-lined interior you lay out your way, so the gear you reach for first sits right where you expect it.

Why it works:

  • Straps stay off the ground while you work: Kneel at the patient and work straight out of the pack, because the design keeps the shoulder straps off the ground while you access contents.
  • Room in the main bay for your core loadout: Stage your primary gear in a 26" x 14" x 6" main compartment, part of 36 liters of total capacity.
  • Long side pockets for fast grabs: Keep frequently used tools outside the main bay in 23" x 6" x 4" side pockets, plus a 12" x 6" x 3" top pocket.
  • Gear in view the moment it opens: Find gear without digging, with clear mesh storage, high-visibility zipper pulls and foam-lined protection.
  • Sets down steady on scene: The Stand-Strong base keeps the pack upright, and the double tarpaulin exterior uses high-gloss fabric, resistant to abrasion and water.

Who it's built for:

Built for EMS and fire crews who arrive first and need a frontline pack that opens fast and stays organized at the patient's side.

  • Straps That Stay Out of the Mud For the street medic laying the bag down on every call. The back-panel opening keeps the shoulder straps facing up and off the ground, so the harness stays clean instead of transferring dirt to a uniform.
  • The Goldilocks Size for Frontline Work For the responder who wants ALS capability without bulk. At 36 liters it holds a full BLS and ALS setup yet stays slim enough to maneuver through tight hallways and stairwells.
  • Long Side Pockets for Bulky Gear For the medic carrying splints and intubation rolls. Two tall vertical side pockets hold stiffnecks, long splints, or airway rolls outside the main compartment, off the main workspace.
  • A Panoramic View of the Whole Kit For the responder who needs everything in sight. The main compartment opens completely flat and is fully Velcro-lined, presenting the entire customized loadout at once.
  • Fast Decontamination Between Calls For the crew turning the bag around. The double tarpaulin resists abrasion and water and wipes down quickly, keeping a frontline pack sanitary run to run.
