2. PRIMARY LOADOUT: Place the heaviest items, such as water reserves, rations, and shelter gear, closest to your back inside the main compartment. Use the internal cinch straps to secure contents and prevent load shifting during movement.

3. HYDRATION BLADDER INSTALLATION: If deploying a hydration bladder, route it into the main compartment before packing other gear. Confirm the drinking tube is accessible and properly routed over or through the shoulder harness before closing the compartment.

4. MODULAR STORAGE CONFIGURATION: Attach the two removable zippered side pouches to the pack for items requiring immediate access, including med kits, navigation tools, and rations. Detach or reposition them based on mission requirements and operational profile.

5. MOLLE EXPANSION: Thread mission-specific pouches, holsters, and equipment through the 18 rows of MOLLE and PALS webbing covering the front and side panels. Ensure all attached items are seated fully and secured to prevent movement or loss during field operations.

6. CONCEALED CARRY SETUP: If deploying a sidearm, mount a hook-and-loop compatible holster to the inner loop field inside the dedicated front zippered pocket. Confirm retention and draw clearance before closing the pocket.

7. EXTERNAL CARRY: Secure a sleeping pad, roll, or blanket to the bottom gear straps to free internal capacity for additional supplies. Verify that externally carried items are cinched tight and will not shift or snag during movement.

8. FINAL READINESS CHECK: Confirm all zippers are fully closed, all MOLLE attachments are seated and stable, the harness is properly fitted, and the sternum and kidney straps are secured. Conduct a short loaded movement to verify balance and comfort before deployment.
