Its primary function is to ensure a complete and ready water supply toolkit arrives with the hose coupling at the hydrant, preventing delays in establishing a water source.

Field Application Steps

Load bag with essential LDH appliances (e.g., Storz adapter, hydrant wrench) and secure top flap.
Firmly attach bag to the hydrant-end of the 4" or 5" supply line using the two Velcro webbing straps.
Deploy the hose to the hydrant; the bag and its contents travel with the coupling.
Open the bag to access tools and make the hydrant connection.
Return all tools to the bag and re-secure the flap after water supply is established to prevent loss.
