Quick Overview

This freestanding mosquito net tent provides a self-supporting insect barrier for a single user on a standard cot or directly on the ground. Its primary use is for reliable vector protection in military, camping, or emergency relief scenarios where overhead suspension points for traditional nets are unavailable.

Field Application Steps

  1. Unpack and assemble the two shock-corded fiberglass poles.
  2. Lay the tent flat and insert poles through the external sleeves, flexing them to form the A-frame structure.
  3. Place the assembled tent onto a cleared ground surface or directly over a standard cot.
  4. If using a cot, secure the tent's base using any integrated straps to prevent shifting.
  5. Enter by lifting the tent's edge and ensure a complete 360-degree seal against the ground or cot surface.
