Quick Overview

This system provides a centralized, wall-mounted station containing six individual bleeding control kits to manage multi-victim incidents. It is specifically designed for public access in newly constructed California buildings to comply with state regulation AB2260, enabling immediate bystander response to severe hemorrhage.

Field Application Steps

  1. Access the cabinet, grab the multi-victim bag or individual kits as needed.
  2. Don gloves and rapidly expose the injury by cutting away all clothing.
  3. For severe arm or leg bleeding, apply the tourniquet high on the limb and tighten until bleeding stops.
  4. For severe bleeding elsewhere, apply the trauma dressing with firm, direct pressure.
  5. Use the marker to write the time of tourniquet application on the device.
  6. Reassure the victim and prepare to brief incoming professional responders.
