- Place the sterile white pad directly onto the wound.
- Make one initial wrap to secure the pad in place.
- Route the elastic wrap through the pressure bar positioned over the wound.
- Forcefully pull the wrap back in the opposite direction to drive the pressure bar down onto the pad.
- Continue wrapping tightly, covering all pad edges and the pressure bar.
- Lock the bandage in place by hooking the closure bar into the underlying wrap.
