Each pad is saturated with an analgesic solution and sealed in a foil-lined, single-use packet featuring a pre-cut tear-notch for rapid, tool-less field opening. The single-use design prevents cross-contamination between personnel, and the slim packet profile allows 3 to 5 pads to be stocked in an individual first aid kit with minimal space penalty. The master case contains 3,000 units, making it a practical resupply asset for high-volume operational environments where insect exposure is constant and treatment demand is predictable.

Deployment protocol follows a three-phase sequence: assessment, application, and post-application monitoring.
