Field Application Steps

Separate the aluminum cup from the plastic canteen.
Fill the aluminum cup with source water and place it on a stable heat source.
Bring water to a sustained, rolling boil for at least one minute to purify.
CAUTION: Use the butterfly handles and/or gloves to handle the extremely hot cup.
Allow water to cool before transferring it into the plastic canteen for transport.
