Field Application Steps

  1. Firmly grasp the aluminum handle and securely fasten the web arm strap around your support-side forearm for a snug, non-restrictive fit.
  2. Assume a stable, athletic stance with the shield centered on your body, angling the top edge just below eye level to maximize both visibility and protection.
  3. Angle the shield face to deflect projectiles and prepare to absorb impacts by keeping your elbow and knees slightly bent.
  4. Constantly scan around the periphery of the shield to mitigate blind spots and maintain awareness of your surroundings and team members.
