Quick Overview

The StatPacks G3+ Load-N-Go is a 23-liter professional medical equipment carriage system designed for rapid deployment in physically constrained environments, used by paramedics, flight nurses, and tactical medical personnel during initial intervention operations.

The G3+ Load-N-Go is built around a low-profile chassis measuring 21 inches by 16 inches by 8 inches, wide and flat rather than deep. This geometry minimizes operator silhouette during movement through residential doorways, aircraft cabins, and narrow stairwells without requiring the operator to turn sideways. The stowable shoulder harness system retracts into a dedicated rear pocket, creating a snag-free profile optimized for vehicle and rotary-wing operations. Transparent urethane and mesh pockets enable immediate visual identification of critical supplies without opening compartments.

The pack deploys as an initial intervention platform, not a high-volume sustainment system. Its 3-layer main compartment opens flat like a book, presenting all contents simultaneously for rapid access by intervention category. The reinforced "Stand-Strong" base holds the pack upright on any working surface, keeping grab handles and zippers oriented toward the operator and contents clear of ground contamination. External front pockets are designated for immediate-action gear including tourniquets, chest seals, and PPE.

The pack is delivered as an empty chassis. Operators are solely responsible for stocking contents aligned with their certification level, whether BLS, ALS, or PALS, and their agency protocols. The fabric is highly water-resistant but not waterproof or submersible, requiring supplementary waterproof containers for sensitive electronics and medications in sustained precipitation. After any exposure to bloodborne pathogens or hazardous materials, the pack must be removed from service and decontaminated per agency protocol before returning to operational readiness.

Field Application Steps

1. CONFIRM MISSION LOADOUT: Verify that all contents match the mission profile and your agency-designated loadout list before deployment. Confirm that immediate-action items including tourniquets and pressure dressings are staged in the external transparent front pockets for zero-delay access.

2. CONFIGURE SHOULDER HARNESS FOR CARRY: Deploy the shoulder straps from the dedicated rear stow pocket and adjust for a secure, high-and-tight fit against the torso. Cinch all adjustment straps to eliminate loose material that could snag on doorframes, vehicle hatches, or personnel.

3. MOVE TO CASUALTY: Advance through doorways, hallways, and constrained spaces using the pack's low-profile chassis without turning sideways. Account for the pack as part of your total silhouette when taking cover or transitioning through tight points.

4. ESTABLISH A WORKING POSITION: Identify a safe working surface and place the pack on its reinforced "Stand-Strong" base. The rigid bottom holds the pack upright, presenting grab handles and zippers to the operator and keeping contents off the ground.

5. OPEN AND ACCESS CONTENTS: Unzip the main compartment fully to deploy the 3-layer book-style configuration. All three layers are visible simultaneously, enabling immediate visual access to supplies organized by intervention type.

6. CONDUCT INTERVENTION: Execute patient care using supplies staged to your agency protocol and your certified scope of practice. Draw from external immediate-action pockets first for hemorrhage control, then from the layered main compartment as the intervention progresses.

7. REPACK AND SECURE FOR EGRESS: Return all unused equipment to designated compartment locations. Close and securely zip all pockets and the main compartment before movement. Lift by the top grab handle to re-don the pack for egress.

8. DECONTAMINATE AFTER USE: Wipe down all exterior and interior surfaces per your agency decontamination protocol. Air dry completely before restocking. If exposure to bloodborne pathogens or hazardous materials occurred, remove the pack from service until full decontamination protocol is completed.

9. RESTOCK AND INSPECT: Conduct a 100 percent inventory and replace all used, expired, or compromised items against your agency's master loadout sheet. Check all zippers, seams, straps, and buckles for tears, frays, or cracks, and report any damaged components before returning the pack to service.

10. STORE CORRECTLY BETWEEN DEPLOYMENTS: Store in a climate-controlled, secure location with shoulder straps stowed in the rear pocket to prevent entanglement with other gear. For sustained rain environments, place sensitive electronics and medications inside supplementary waterproof containers within the pack prior to the next deployment.
