The pack covers five operational categories: massive hemorrhage control, airway management and diagnostics, surgical and advanced wound management, fracture and sprain stabilization, and general wound care support. Key hemorrhage control components include QuikClot hemostatic gauze, Israeli Trauma Dressings in both 4-inch and 6-inch formats, Multi-Trauma Dressings, BleedStop Bandages, ABD Pads, and a latex tourniquet for use as a last-resort extremity device. Diagnostic and airway capability is supported by four oral airways in graduated sizes, a blood pressure kit, stethoscope, CPR shields, LED pen light, and ammonia inhalants.

Surgical and advanced wound management items, including suture sets, a scalpel handle with six blades, straight and curved hemostats, EMT shears, tweezers, and a skin probe, are restricted to trained medical professionals operating within their scope of practice. Fracture management is addressed through SAM splints, a cervical collar, elastic bandages, and triangular bandages. General support supplies include sterile gauze, burn spray and gel, antiseptic wipes, triple antibiotic, nitrile gloves, emergency blankets, and glucose.

This pack is not a preconfigured, field-ready kit. All contents must be transferred and organized into a primary medical container according to established unit or personal protocol before the kit can be considered operationally deployed.

Field Application Steps

1. ESTABLISH A CLEAN WORKSPACE: Lay out your primary STOMP medical pack and all replenishment pack contents on a clean, dry, flat surface before beginning any inventory or repacking activity.

2. CONDUCT POST-MISSION INVENTORY: Systematically open every pouch and compartment of your primary bag. Remove all used, opened, soiled, or damaged items and compile a definitive written list of consumed or compromised supplies.

3. CHECK EXPIRATION DATES: Inspect every remaining item in the primary bag for printed expiration dates. Remove any expired product and set it aside for training use or proper disposal, noting each item on your inventory list.

4. CROSS-REFERENCE AND RESTOCK: Using your inventory list, retrieve the corresponding replacement items from the replenishment pack. Verify that each new item is factory sealed and sterile before staging it for repacking.

5. REPACK BY PRIORITY OF CARE: Repack the bag according to your established personal or unit protocol. Stage hemorrhage control items, including QuikClot, Israeli Trauma Dressings, and tourniquets, in quick-access external pouches. Store minor wound care supplies, gauze, and burn treatment deeper in the pack.

6. INTEGRATE INSTRUMENTS: Remove reusable instruments such as EMT shears, hemostats, tweezers, and the LED pen light from their packaging. Place each in its designated slot or retention loop for immediate access without searching.

7. VERIFY READINESS: Conduct a final function check of the fully repacked bag. Confirm all zippers operate, buckles are secure, and every compartment closes properly. The kit must be in a state of immediate deployment readiness before it is returned to service.

8. MANAGE OVERSTOCK: Store any remaining replenishment supplies in a cool, dark, dry location. Label the storage container with contents and date received to support first-in, first-out rotation on the next resupply cycle.
