This case provides a universal-fit solution for carrying virtually any model of portable radio. Its primary utility is offering operators the flexibility to mount their radio on a belt, a shoulder strap, or a vertical web harness to adapt to mission-specific gear loadouts.

Field Application Steps

  1. Adjust all webbing and Velcro® straps to create a custom, snug fit around the radio's specific height and girth.
  2. Engage the bungee cord and Velcro® tab over the top of the radio, ensuring key controls remain accessible.
  3. Conduct a positive retention check by inverting and shaking the case to confirm the radio is secure.
  4. Select one of three mounting methods: slide onto a belt, attach the included shoulder strap to the D-rings, or weave onto a vertical pack/harness strap.
  5. Perform a final inspection of the mounting system to ensure it is secure on your person or gear before deployment.
