The Elite First Aid Enhanced IFAK Advanced is a drop leg pouch for tactical and field users who want first aid carried on the thigh. Adjustable leg and belt straps set the fit, and a detachable buckle system lets the pouch come off the belt or leg when the setup changes.

The thigh-borne load is built around one Quick-Tight Windlass Tourniquet, joined by an emergency trauma dressing, a 4" compressed gauze roll, a nasopharyngeal airway and two 5" x 9" trauma pads.

  • Thigh carry that fits: The pouch rides at the leg, and its adjustable straps give a stable, comfortable fit.
  • Off the rig with one buckle: When the load shifts to new gear, the detachable buckle releases the kit from belt or leg.
  • Bleeding control supplies aboard: The windlass in this kit is a Quick-Tight Windlass Tourniquet, backed by a 4" compressed gauze roll and an emergency trauma dressing.
  • Airway items paired: A nasopharyngeal airway comes with lubricant jelly in the same pouch.
