The Rothco Drop Leg Medical Pouch puts the first aid kit you build yourself on your thigh, where a hand finds it without digging through a pack. On the trail or in the field, reach down, release the pouch from its tear away loop platform and open the tri-fold to see your gear laid out.

It ships empty, so you choose every item, then organize it across 11 elastic straps, 3 interior slit pockets and a zippered mesh pocket.
