The tri-fold pouch detaches from its loop platform, then unfolds to 26.75" so bandages, sterile pads, peroxide, a cold pack and gloves sit in plain view. It comes stocked, organized by 13 elastic straps, a zippered mesh pocket and 3 open-top compartments, with MOLLE compatible straps for a vest or backpack.
