At 11 1/4" x 8" x 6 3/4", it arrives prepacked with over 75 first aid items, from BleedStop bandages and a multi trauma dressing to EMT shears and a hemostat. Inside, a main zippered compartment with individual slots keeps each item in order. Two rows of MOLLE webbing on the back and sides are there for mounting attachments.
